For me, the journey into upcycling began with a desire to preserve the soul of these books while giving them new life. Rather than letting them collect dust on a forgotten shelf, or end up in landfill I saw the potential to transform them into something tangible, something that could be worn and cherished in a new form.

By repurposing old books, I’m able to create stunning jewellery pieces while reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices. It’s a marriage of creativity and environmental stewardship that elevates both the art and the message behind it.
