Shop Policies

Online orders

  • Processing times vary. I always try to dispatch items is quickly as possible but most of the items in Gilli's Flowers bookshop as well as the bespoke and custom order items in Glover and Greenwood pearls/paper to pearls have a longer processing time. Details are given in the individual listings.

  • Customs and import taxes: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I have not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Payment: I accept PayPal for on line sales. 

  • I accept returns. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and post items back to me within 30 days delivery. Items should be sent back in good condition and appropriately package. Where they have been delivered boxed then they should be returned in the gift box with they were sent in. Buyers are responsible for paying the cost of return delivery and should obtain proof of postage. Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • If items arrive damaged please send me photographs which clearly show the damage. I can then either offer a refund, replacement item or a repair.

  • I don't accept exchanges or cancellations of orders.

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom, bespoke or personalised orders, earrings for hygiene reasons.

In person sales

​​Custom and bespoke orders

  • After an initial consultation a quote will be prepared and sent to the prospective client. Orders totalling no more than £100 should be paid for in advance and a deposit of 20% will be required before work starts on larger orders. 

  • When the order is placed it will be agreed whether the finished piece (s) will be collected in person by the clients, delivered by myself or cents by tracked and signed for postage in which case an additional amount for be added to cover the cost of this. In the event that the amount requested exceeds the actual cost of postage the difference will be refunded to the customer.

  • Custom, bespoke and personalised items cannot be returned.
