I think it may be a reaction to all the pastel flowers and romantic bridal pieces I have been focussing on recently but for a while I had this hankering to do something different and the result is this very dramatic, goth, purple and black rose headband/tiara. I'm really pleased with it and just want to add some black and purple crystals on some black wire tiara twists.
It was so refreshing to make something different that today I made these.
I then added a rose to the black one.
I think these will make fantastic brooches so I folded a few more, including a red one with a black rose attached to it. My next challenge, thanks to my daughter is to learn how to fold an origami skull and add that on.
