This origami rose pendant has been made by recycling paper from perhaps the most famous of all the Narnia books, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. Paper taken from a pre-loved copy of this book has been hand folded to form a rose and once set on the snowflake shaped background the edges of the rose have been given a touch of silver. This piece of recycled paper jewellery would make a perfect gift for any book lover and would make a wonderful present for a teacher, or for anyone who prefers to use and wear eco-friendly products. The paper rose has been made using paper taken from a pre-loved copy of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe and thus everyone will be individual and unique. Once folded it has been given several coats of top quality waterproof varnish to add shine, strength, durability and water resistance.
The pendant itself measures 4 cm (1 1/2 inches) and comes on a 45 cm (18 inch) chain.
The pendant will come wrapped in a hand folded origami envelope together with a note explaining the origins of the paper used to make it.
